Chef Brody Paine – Founder & Culinary Director
Chef Brody Paine is the founder of Chef Paine & Co., known for crafting elegant, seasonal meals that feel both refined and personal. With over 20 years of experience in top hotels and bespoke catering, Brody specializes in thoughtful menus that highlight local ingredients and bring people together around the table.
A Red Seal chef with a lifelong passion for the culinary arts, Brody has worked at premier hotels including the Westin Bayshore, Fairmont, and Marriott. His culinary journey has taken him across Italy in search of authentic European flavours, and even to the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, where he served as a chef for Team USA.
What truly sets Brody apart is his warmth and generosity — both in the kitchen and in his leadership. He’s known not only for his exceptional food, but also for being kind, down-to-earth, and a joy to work with. Brody has built a talented, tight-knit team that shares his dedication to excellence and hospitality. Together, they ensure every event runs seamlessly, with care in every detail.
